Youth Worker - We have a full time youth worker, Adele Jones, based with us on Love's Farm working with young people here and across wider St Neots.

Adele photo"Hi there! I recently joined the community in St Neots as a youth pioneer with the aim to engage with and serve the young people here on Loves Farm and across the wider town. In 2018 I graduated with a degree in youth and community work with theology and have spent the last few years working with charities, churches and schools all in youth work roles. I'm really excited to now be back with the Church!  I'm married to Rob (also a youth worker!) have two rather cute cats and do a LOT of baking in my spare time. I'm passionate about seeing young people thrive in all aspects of life as well as sharing life with people authentically and doing it all with Jesus!"

Due to COVID-19, we have had to get creative in how we run youth activities. So far, we have found ways to gather and play games on Zoom, drink hot chocolate in the community garden and have fish and chips around a fire pit. If you would like to know more or be involved, please get in touch.

We also recognise young people have had a tough year so if you feel we could support your child in any way or have any questions, please do email me.

You can get in touch by email - adele.jones@elydiocese.org

Youth Club

Youth Clubv2Whilst we're continuing to live with COVID restrictions Youth Club is being organised over two sessions of 15 children: 5-6pm for school Years 3&4 - then we do a quick clean and activity rotation before welcoming our Years 5&6 from 6:15-7:15pm

Each session includes toast and juice - games and crafts - badminton, snooker and table tennis - chatting and chillin'! Subs for each half term, per child is £7, (payable by bank transfer or by card) and includes 50p worth of tuck that the children choose mid-way through their youth club slot.

The club runs according to a code of behaviour which we ask the children to sign up to, summarised as K.A.R.T.S. This stands for kindness and character; aspiration and attitude; respect and responsibility; trustworthiness and team player; speak well of yourself and well of others.

Please contact Helene via our Love's Farm Church Facebook page or by emailing community.chaplain@yahoo.co.uk if you'd like your child to attend once a slot is available/added to the waiting list.

Youth Cafe

The Youth Cafe is not currently able to run as the Love's Farm House foyer is needed as a one way thorough fare and not available as a seating area. As soon as things change we'll let our Youth Cafe regulars know and post an update here!
